Welcome to our practice.

House Call Physicians provides convenient, quality medical services in the privacy, comfort and safety of your own home. With recent advances in technology, House Call Physicians can provide or coordinate virtually the same medical care in your home which you would receive in a traditional doctor’s office. Our physician-led care teams will develop an individualized plan of treatment in order to ensure the highest quality care for each patient.

Who is eligible for our services?
You may qualify for our services if you regularly require home care services or have a physical or mental condition which make it difficult for you to leave your home. Additionally, we offer scheduled appointment times in our partner communities for those residents who do not yet meet the homebound eligibility requirements.

Hours of Operation
Our providers are available for appointments between 9:00 and 4:00 Monday through Friday. Our office staff are available between 8:30 and 5:00 Monday through Friday. Our providers are available by phone after hours and on weekends. In order to ensure that individual patients’ needs are being met, we are unable to give a specific scheduled time. At the end of each day, the next day’s schedule is determined by the location, medical needs and accommodation of last minute urgent appointment requests.
